OenoLog is a specialized tool designed to help winemakers in tracking quantities & production costs of bulk & bottle-fermented wines, and to enter information needed for monthly activity reporting. It maintains a current inventory of wines and supplies, showing on-hand quantities & costs as of the last recorded activity. Bulk wine inventory is detailed by vessel; bottled wines are tracked by bottle lot & present of ferment.
